YOU will be the sole owner of the property.

Can I sell my land / property?
Yes, you will receive the public deeds after the transaction is completed. You can sell the land / property at any time you want.

Will I need to hire a lawyer to buy the land?
No, you are not required to hire a lawyer, however you may do so if you find it necessary.

How long will it take to see a high return on my investment?
Real estate investment is usually seen as a medium to long term investment, typically over a period of between 5 and 10 years. Obviously dependent on the invested venture, you can start to see high returns before this and since you are the land sole property you can sell it whenever you want, since you are the sole owner of the land / property.

Yes, as a legitimate owner of the land, you can rent it out for additional income that will accumulate along with the normal appreciation of the land / property value.

Can you arrange for some help with booking flights and hotels before I buy?
Yes, we can assist you with the best flights and hotels in the destination country of your investments.

Can I buy a land / property in more than one name, for example husband and wife?
Yes, the title deeds of the real estate can be in more than one name.

Do I have to travel to the country where I will invest to complete the contract?
You’re not obligd to. Some of our clients travel in person to finalize the deal, however most of our clients complete the transaction without having to leave their country of residence. This is possible through a public power of attorney, where you appoint a local attorney who will sign all the documents on your behalf.
